In response to a surge in volumes following the introduction of a new card in Australia, this large global bank conducted a review of its reconciliation processes and found that its existing solution could not scale sufficiently.
After conducting an appraisal of suitable vendor packages, PROactive™ was selected and went live within three months. PROactive™ now reconciles all consumer finance transactions, including Visa, Mastercard, MPOS and PILS transactions. Manual intervention has been further significantly reduced by the capability to enrich transactional data in real-time.
Any exceptions are highlighted immediately and assigned to the relevant resolution teams. Better still, the bank is now in a position to expand its consumer finance business at very short notice, confident in the fact that its processes can scale comfortably to meet foreseeable needs.
